Terms and Conditions:
- All prices are per day per person.
- The stay is only possible from 3 nights and above.
- Children under 2,99 y.o. (without their own bed) stay free - optional free high chair and crib upon request.
- Children 3–11,99 – 650 CZK/day.
- In winter – New Year's Eve – child 3–11,99 years / 850 CZK/day.
- Discount for children applying only with a purchase of 2 adults with the same room.
- When the apartment is occupied by 1 person, an unoccupied second bed must be paid.
- Prices include: bed linen, towels, toiletries, dishwasher tablets.
- Prices don’t include: fees 25 CZK/day (persons 18+ years old).
- Upon arrival we require a refundable deposit of 2.000 CZK.
- No pets allowed on the property.
Payments, down payments and cancellation fees:
- Accepted payments in cash, all major debit and credit cards or deposit on bank account (IBAN: CZ4501000001238795940237, KB, Praha 8, BIC /SWIFT: KOMBCZPP)
- For each stay the down payment required is 50% no later then 3 days after the reservation is placed (confirmation of payment is necessary).
- It is possible to pay SEPA advance payments from abroad.
- For all cancelled reservations fees apply
